Transaction Coordinator

Your Transaction Coordinator will work to complete your listing files, with the brokerage, order and upload photography, design and order property brochures and postcards, create a custom listing site for your property, and push listing information online to maximize listing exposure.

You will also have the freedom to choose how we manage the transaction process based on your needs and how you want to deal with matters.

• Contract Review and brokerage submission
• Liaise between Agents, Title, Attorneys, Lenders, and clients throughout the process
• Assist with paperwork throughout the escrow process
• Ensure file compliance with brokerage
• Coordinate appointments, including Inspections, Appraisal, Closing, and Walk Through
• Ensure contingency deadlines are addressed on or before all deadlines, and assist with any tasks associated with these deadlines
• Assist with any other tasks that arise during the closing process
• Request testimonials and reviews from clients on agent review sites
